Shipping Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We aim to process all orders within 3 working days. The exception to this is where the item ordered requires further contact for measurements: e.g. a bespoke tailored coat.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options
Secure options with PayPal and Stripe checkout. This shop never receives your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges – contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Custom made or personalised orders can’t be returned or exchanged because of the non-resale nature of these items. We can only accept returns if items arrive damaged or defective. Photographic evidence of damage or defect is required before a return.

Orders returned from outside the UK MUST be marked as a ‘RETURN’. Any custom charges incurred because sender hasn’t marked as ‘returned’ will be the buyer’s responsibility and cost deducted from refund.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Where an item is returned because of wrong size ordered, buyer pays return. We will refund postage on items returned in the same way as sent, original packaging and unused.

Shipping upgrades
Shipping upgrades are available. However please note: IF you are requesting a shipping upgrade on your order the dispatch times still apply. This is because we make all items to order. We will always endeavor to get your order out earlier than the dispatch date indicated, but during busy times this may not always be possible. Please contact us for further details BEFORE ordering to avoid disappointment.

My order is missing/hasn’t arrived?
For orders within the UK: we send all items tracked and will send you details of how to track your order once it has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days from dispatch, please contact us. Orders that haven’t been delivered after 28 days will be deemed as lost and a replacement/refund will be issued once a claim has been put forward to the shipping company

For overseas orders: We send all items tracked and will send you details of how to track your order once it has been dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within 6-8wks from dispatch, please contact us. Orders that haven’t been delivered after 8 weeks will be deemed as lost and a replacement/refund will be issued once an investigation has confirmed the order is missing.

Custom and personalised orders
Please inquire about any changes to our designs BEFORE ordering. We are very happy to discuss changes and requirements, but due to the expensive fabrics we use, there is usually a difference in cost for a custom order

Sizing details
We cut all fabric by hand. Because of this sizes can vary very slightly.

Care instructions
Harris Tweed is 100% wool that comes from black faced sheep in Scotland. It is very hard wearing, but as with all wool, it will shrink if washed in hot water and put in a tumble drier.
Spot washing is only recommended on all fabric

Gift wrapping and packaging
Please contact us BEFORE ordering if you would like your purchase gift wrapped. We are happy to gift wrap, but there will be a small cost involved.

We currently do not offer wholesale on our items.
